I’m Cory-Lynn, the photographer behind Thoughtfully Thurston, and I believe your story deserves to be documented with intention, care, and a deep appreciation for the season you’re in. I’m a Northeast Georgia senior and portrait photographer, specializing in images that feel timeless, personal, and true to you.

My photography journey began in 2013 and grew quietly alongside me for years, first as a creative outlet, then as a side hustle. After graduating college in 2020, I pursued my career and chased that dream alone. In 2023, I finally asked myself, why can’t I have both? That question led me here, fully stepping into my role as owner and photographer of Thoughtfully Thurston.

At home, life is full in the best way. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, we’re raising our beautiful daughter, and our two chocolate labs keep things lively. This season of life has only deepened my appreciation for the fleeting moments we so often wish we could pause.

I’m here to document milestone achievements like graduating high school or college, annual family photos you plan a year in advance, welcoming a new addition to the family (yes—four-legged family members absolutely count), and all of life’s moments in between. My goal is to create images that feel meaningful now and even more so years from now. Photographs you’ll return to, time and time again.
