Some sessions feel like more than just photos, they feel like a story coming full circle. Jacey’s senior session was exactly that.

I’ve had the joy of getting to know Jacey through my full-time role at the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, where she served on our Youth Advisory Board. From the start, it was clear she’s one of those rare souls: thoughtful, kind, intentional, and wise beyond her years. So getting to photograph her for this huge milestone felt extra meaningful.

We spent a golden weekday evening traveling around Madison County, stopping at places that have been part of her story. We kicked things off at Red Raider Field, where she twirled her color guard flags with pride and poise, so much joy and confidence in that space she knows so well. From there, we pulled over on the side of the road where the goldenrod was in full bloom, absolutely glowing in the golden hour light. She trusted the vision, and it was so worth it.

We wrapped the evening at Watson Mill Bridge, and just when I thought it couldn’t get more perfect, I learned it’s where her parents got married. Cue all the goosebumps. What a full circle moment. to photograph their eldest daughter in the very place their love story began. It was one of those quiet, magical moments that reminded me how special it is to help tell these stories.

Jacey, thank you for letting me be part of yours. You’re going to do incredible things!
